Hi, everyone. I've started a new segment called "tech profiles" where I interview IT professionals or other UVM community members who use technology in their daily job. Last newsletter's profiles were easy -- we had a CIT tech going off to war, and a brand new tech borrowing that tech's place, so it was obvious to me who to profile!
This time around I procrastinated. I almost profiled myself, but that seemed silly. So, without further rambling, please tell me which member of our UVM community you would like to see profiled! I will interview that person to ask about their educational and professional background as it relates (or doesn't!) to IT, what their job at the university is, and what they do in their personal lives that is related to IT.
Since the newsletters are quarterly, it will be a while before the person/people with the most votes are profiled.
Please send your submissions to me before August 15, 2005. (Yes, it is okay to nominate yourself, I won't tell. ;),/p>
