Dr. Katlyn Morris is lecturer in the Environmental Program and the Department of Plant & Soil Science at the University of Vermont. Her dissertation research focused on food security for small-scale coffee farmers in El Salvador, as well as the environmental conservation potential of smallholder agriculture (see selected publications attached). Dr. Morris co-edited the textbook International Environmental Studies for use in the UVM course ENVS 002 (Cognella, Inc.).
