Using TextAloud to read text outloud (PC)

Step 1:

Open TextAloud

Step 2:

Select the Voice and Speed that sounds the best to you. (You can always change either the Voice or Speed, if you pause the reading.)

Step 3:

Click the "Open" icon, and then select the text file you want to read.

Step 4:

Click the "Speak Current article Aloud" if you would like the whole article read

 

*If you only want to read a section or a just a paragraph, highglight the text you would like read and click

Step 5:

To Stop or Pause the voice click the Stop and Pause buttons in the menu bar
