Proof of text book purchase
Before you can pick up your text books in electronic format you must provide proof that you own the book that was converted to an electronic format. This is so we can get permission from the publishers and so that publishers will attempt to provide us with electronic versions of the text when available.
Proof of ownership includes;
A photocopy of the receipt from bookstore, amazon or who ever the vendor was.
A photocopied of the front and back cover of the text book to be converted.
If you don't have a copy of the receipt you can bring the original to the UDTL and make a copy here, or you can bring the actual text book to the UDTL and photocopy the covers.
