What if my student can't make any of the trainings?

Sessions are offered each semester at varying times that should accommodate the needs of most students. If a student cannot make one of these sessions, they may consider asking the professor of the conflicting class to excuse the student for one day in order to fulfill this legal responsibility.

Student Q: I missed a training. How do I reschedule?

There is no need to contact anyone to reschedule. You can simply click on this link and register for a new training. All scheduled and available sessions are listed.

Student Q: I think I may have a good reason to be excused from training. How do I confirm this?

This is something that should be discussed with your supervisor, please consult with your supervisor about your absence. To reschedule, see the question above.

Student Q: I was there, but I didn’t sign the roster.

This is a required training. If you did not sign the roster, we have no proof you were there. Please sign up for a new session and be sure to sign the roster during the training.

Student Q: I was late so I couldn’t sign the roster.
