Service Hours

Athletics Complex

The PFG Facility is staffed and serviced by the Custodial Services Department at night from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. seven nights a week.  On July 1, 2009, a new position providing daytime coverage from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. will be added.

Davis Center

The Davis Center is staffed and serviced by Custodial Services Department on a 24/7 basis on normal days of operation. For a complete listing of the Davis Center days of operation visit their website at:  http://www.uvm.edu/~davis  

Residential Life

Academic Year

During the academic year, all residence halls are staffed and serviced by Custodial Services Department Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Exception: Living & Learning Complex is staffed Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

On weekends, basic services of trash removal, restroom cleaning and dining hall support are provided Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 pm.  

Summer Hours

Custodial Services Department staffing is based on building usage. This is determined by the scheduling of customers from Conference &  Events Services.

Academic & Administrative Buildings

Year round, Custodial Services Department provides staffing during three (3) shifts. Day shift is 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday - Friday.  Evening shift is 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Monday - Friday. Night shift is 10:00 p.m.to 6:30 a.m. on Sunday - Thursday.  Weekend coverage is provided to Bailey/Howe and Dana Libraries and open food service areas and special events.
