Downloading the Bb Grade Center


  1. Go to the Control Panel area (below the course menu) and click on "Evaluation," and then choose "Grade Center"

  2. Go to the "Work Offline" button at the top right of the Grade Center and choose "Download" (see image below)

  3. On the "Download Grades" Screen, select these options (see image below):

    → Full Grade Center
    → Tab Delimiter type
    → and Include Hidden Information>

  4. Click on the "Download" button to download the file to your computer. Save this file as a backup of your grade center. The file can be uploaded back to Blackboard, if needed, or it can be opened in Microsoft Excel. (see image below)
