University of Vermont

2008 - 2011 Off-Campus Conduct Summary Report

As per The University of Vermont’s agreement with the City of Burlington (2000), this is the annual summary report which outlines the types and number of violations that were referred involving students’ off-campus conduct, the frequency of repeat offenses, and the general nature of the University’s response. As agreed, the university responds to those incidents which are “demonstrated violations” categorized as noise, assaults, public urination and liquor laws.  The University receives a list of ALL individuals cited in Burlington that are between the ages of 18-24 and then identifies UVM students for appropriate follow-up.
