What type of work do you typically do for CRS?
I read a lot of research that other people have done about issues I’m working on. I try to build on that research and answer new questions, mostly by listening to people in the community or experts in the field.
What are some of your favorite past projects that you’ve worked on? Why?
The research projects that I work on are all very interesting, because it’s fascinating to get to know more about people in Vermont. The transportation projects are rewarding because everyone has ideas and concerns about transportation.
Who benefits from the work that you do?
My work is important because I think better decisions will be made, better policies will be written, and more useful resources will be available to Vermonters.
What else would you like people to know about you professionally?
Before coming to CRS, I worked in market research, strategic consulting, program management, channel marketing, account management, meeting facilitation, workshop development, and teaching in the high tech industry.
What is your favorite thing about Vermont?
Griping about the cold weather.
