From its inception, CRS has worked to develop open-access informational resources for Vermont people, communities, and organizations.
CRS is a nonprofit, fee-for-service research organization. Staff at CRS are committed to community development and offer a range of specialized skills.
The Center for Rural Studies addresses the challenges faced by rural people and communities through applied research, program evaluation, consulting and community outreach.
