Exhibitor - $125 (includes workshop, registration, breakfast, lunch and exhibit table*)
Exhibitor - $50 (includes exhibit table* only. This fee does not include the workshops, breakfast or lunch.)
*All exhibit tables will be displayed on the Promenade or surrounding areas.

After March 23rd
Attendee/Agency - $95.00

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refund Information:  If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute without a penalty.  Refunds less $25 cancellation fee will be made only if written notice is received by April 10, 2008.
