Vermont Results Oriented Program Approval Process: Introduction

ROPA, or the Vermont Results Oriented Program Approval Process, is used by the State of Vermont to conduct its review of endorsement programs. The ROPA review team visited the University of Vermont in November of 2002, and approval was given for the seven standards detailed here.
