Center for Multimedia Development
The Center for Multimedia Development is a division of the Media Resources Department and Bailey-Howe Library. The Center for Multmedia Development or CMD is comprised of a multimedia computer lab and support staff. Currently the lab consists of four Pro-level Apple workstations each with its own set of importing hardware (miniDV deck, VHS and DVD Players) with plenty of room to temporarily store large video projects. The lab also includes two high-end PCs used for graphic work with accompanying 35mm slide scanners as well as photoscanners.
This lab is available to any UVM student, faculty, staff or affiliate with a valid UVM netid. If you have any questions regarding netids please speak with one of the support staff at the help desk.
The lab is open the following hours:

Please refer to this schedule to ensure that your tech is available, the schedule is dynamic and is updated on a week-to-week basis due to class scheduling conflicts, meetings, sick leave and vacation.
