The role of SLAMf6 in NKT cells
I grew up in west-central MA and made my way east to Worcester Polytechnic Institute earning my BS in Biology and Biotechnology in 2009. I then moved to Cambridge, MA working for Genocea Biosciences for several years. There, I quickly realized that research was where my career was headed and decided to join the CMB program in the Fall of 2012. During my first year in the CMB program, I rotated within several Immunology labs and chose to join Dr. Jonathan Boyson’s lab in the Spring of 2013. Outside of lab I have started exploring everything Vermont has to offer including hiking or just sitting by the lake, and I always enjoy hanging out with friends or watching a good movie.
