Conformational dynamics of tau and its effects on microtubules and kinesin.
I graduated from UVM and, after a research tech position in a pharmaceutical company, am back in Vermont in the CMB program. I work in the Berger lab researching the structure/function of the longest isoform of the tau protein, the 4RL, and how it interacts with microtubules and the motor protein kinesin.
