Benjamin King

Arenavirus Infection

I earned my BA in Biology from Middlebury College in 2008. I am interested in neglected human pathogens and how they interact with their host. In the Botten laboratory, I am working to better understand the dynamics of arenavirus replication and how they interact with the host immune system. I enjoy UVM CMB because of the opportunity to interact with faculty with diverse research interests as well as the healthy work-life balance that Vermont offers.
