Koushik Barman
First Year Graduate Student
Profile
Born and raised in Massachusetts, I graduated from Clark University, in Worcester, MA, with a BA in Biology in 2012. I decided to join UVM’s graduate program in Cell, Molecular, and Biomedical Sciences because of its strong focus in cancer biology, which is my primary research interest, as well as a commitment to interdisciplinary, collaborative research. My time in Vermont has been nothing short of amazing, and I look forward to the coming years here at UVM.
