I was born in Canada and raised in New England and the Florida Keys. I earned my B.S. in Biology from UMass Lowell in 2008 where I worked under Dr. Rick Hochberg studying the anatomy, neuromuscular organization and chemical defense mechanisms of the rotifer Sinantherina socialis. I joined CMB in the fall of 2008 and am working with Dr. Jonathan Boyson.
