The Plant Biology Department is holding their first of their Marvin Seminar Series this Thursday, September 6 at 4:00pm in Jeffords 110. This seminar will feature Khidir Hilu of Virginia Tech. There will be a social, where you can meet the speaker and talk to fellow students and faculty before the seminar at 3:30pm in Jeffords 107.

I grew up in west-central MA and made my way east to Worcester Polytechnic Institute earning my BS in Biology and Biotechnology in 2009. From there, I moved to Cambridge, MA working for Genocea Biosciences, a small start-up vaccine development company.
