ETS's Help Line can answer many questions and is available to all current UVM students, faculty, and staff. If the friendly Help Line staff cannot answer your question, they will escalate it to one of our consultants for resolution.

Bring your laptop computer (and power cord) or computer desktop tower (no monitor, keyboard, or mouse, just the computer) to the Computer Depot Clinic located at the Computer Depot on the 1st Floor of the Davis Center, in the Computer Depot, during clinic hours and get help with problems that are difficult to resolve over the phone or via email. If you did not purchase your computer from the Depot, we can still help you, but please bring any original CDs or DVDs that came with your computer.
