I would like to sign up for a "Congratulations CRS" organization/business ad ($50 per ad - placed on the CRS Symposium website and in printed program. Includes complimentary layout and design services). Open until Sept 26.

Refund policy: All payments are non-refundable. Paid lunches are transferable; collaborator tables or ads are transferable with approval from CRS.
