Bio/Interests:Richard has taught economics, finance and community development for over 35 years, mainly at Columbia, Cornell, Tufts, MIT, Goddard, and UVM. He co-directs the UVM/Community Outreach Partnership Center. In addition to his other courses, Richard teaches a service learning course on UVM And The Local/Regional Economy.
