Bio/Interests:

Amy Diller - Born and raised in Bridgton, Maine, a small town with a forest products and tourist-based economy, Amy earned a BA in Geography and Environmental Studies from Middlebury College. She spent several years after college working for the National Outdoor Leadership School, teaching Environmental/Outdoor Education in the wild west. In 1994 she returned to Vermont, to pursue her interests in helping small communities stay healthy—economically and environmentally. Amy's interests include: teaching/place-based education, creating/maintaining public open spaces, trail/path systems and connectivity, downtown vitality, and growth/sprawl issues in rural New England. Amy began the CDAE Graduate Program in the Fall 2004.
