Bio/Interests:

David Chappelle is a native of Williamstown, Vermont where his family owns and operates a potato farm. He received his BS in International Development and Agricultural Economics from UVM.
Since 1998 David has worked on IT applications, housing, sugar, agriculture and small-scale community development projects in Honduras and Belize.

His interests include skiing, hiking, and woodworking.
Dave’s thesis topic focuses on determining the impact of GIS technology in a small Honduran community.
