Bio/Interests:

Mr. Becker is an agricultural economist and program administrator with extensive experience in micro-economics and agricultural policy implementation. He has provided farmers with assistance to improve management skills, gain access to credit, and adopt new technology. Mr. Becker’s record in financial management, rural finance, and administration comes from more than twenty years of experience working in dairy farming, agricultural credit, public policy, and education. He is an experienced trainer in credit, management, marketing, and development, and has cumulative international experience in four countries.
