"Supported manufacturing and quality engineers on $16 million in accounts related to the backup batteries for the energy sector. Managed the request for quote (RFQ) of an automated silk-screening solution designed to mitigate the impact of labor constraints and retain profits. Conducted research and development on a special paint with the characteristics necessary to be utilized in the automated silk-screening process with Synectic Product Development, a Mack subsidiary focused on product design, prototype development and manufacturing. Additional responsibilities included updating work instructions in the Tulip Manufacturing Software; assisting with the annual inventory process and auditing material counts; assisted with efficiency and capacity reports; and conducted data analysis for metrology."
