Research

The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) conducts a multifaceted research program in a wide variety of disciplines. As part of the land grant mission CALS receives Hatch funds which cultivates/ encourages/promotes research that has a direct benefit to Vermonters. CALS also supports a number of research/teaching faculties off campus such as the Proctor Maple Research facility.
