Contributing Partners

Our contributing partners understand the value of family and closely held businesses to Vermont and the communities where they are located. In addition to their fiscal support, our partners are available at every forum to contribute their financial and legal expertise and advice in matters of family and business success.

Vermont's largest full service independent CPA and business consulting firm, Gallagher, Flynn & Company is unique in that its services center around entrepreneurial businesses. We are a firm that believes, foremost, in relationships. Relationships with clients, associates, and partners. Relationships with each other. At GFC, we understand that real and lasting accountability, integrity, and trust only happen when the relationship comes first. The essence of its practice consists of focusing on the needs of closely-held, owner managed and middle-market businesses.

The Coaching Center of Vermont, Inc. (CCVT) is a 100% woman owned small business incorporated in 2002. We occupy slightly over 3000 square feet of office space in the Champlain Mill, Winooski, Vermont. Principals Liz Dallas and Lea Belair along with members of the CCVT collective are well positioned to increase organizational capacity and effectiveness regarding business process improvement and transformational change initiatives with a cost effective client-centric focus.

Key Bank

Since 1825, KeyBank has been driven by the value that, as a corporate neighbor, it has an important role to play in helping to maintain and strengthen the communities in which it does business. Whether helping small businesses secure loans to purchase needed equipment and create jobs, developing a long-range financial plan for families and individuals or supporting nonprofits by volunteering time and donating money, Key and its employees are dedicated to providing their clients the responsiveness, attention and local decision-making of a small bank backed by the breadth of services of one of the nation’s largest financial institutions.
