Fix VPN Compatability with Service Pack 2

To fix the problem that has come up in which the UVM VPN client (download the VPN client) stops connecting after Windows XP Service Pack 2 has been installed, follow these instructions.

Go to your Start Menu >Accessories > System Tools > Security Center: Click on the Windows Firewall Button. Click on the Exceptions Tab. Click 'Add Port' a total of three times adding the following values:

Name: TCP
Port Number 10000
TCP Radio Button

Name: UDP
Port Number 4500
UDP Radio Button

Name: UDP
Port Number 62515
UDP Radio Button

Click OK, the VPN client should now connect
