Course Overview:
A survey course of the principles of management organization behavior. The fundamentals of planning, organizing, leading, staffing, and controlling are covered. Particular attention is given to organization theory and behavior, including topics such as motivation, group behavior and decision making. All areas are covered in an international context.
Prerequisites:
MBA or MAcc/ACCT standing; Required course specific fee of $20; Degree students only even after level restrictions removed; CE students register for BSAD 307 ZRA.
