Eric Little was promoted to Manager of Group Sales for the Phoenix Suns (NBA) and Phoenix Mercury (WNBA) in May 2011. Prior to that he worked an Account Executive for the Maine Red Claws, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Boston Celtics selling season tickets, group tickets and corporate marketing partnerships for the first two seasons in the franchise's history.

Originally from Milton, Vermont, Eric graduated from the University of Vermont in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Human Resources and Sports Management. While at UVM he studied abroad in London through Florida State University's Sports Management Program attending such events as Wimbledon, the Tour de France, and the British Open golf tournament. During his time at UVM he was actively involved in several organizations including Alternative Spring Break, Boulder Society, and the Advocats, a student tour guide program.

Eric also holds an MBA and Master's in Sports Business Management from the DeVos Program at the University of Central Florida, where he worked in The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport doing research on gender and racial hiring practices and graduation rates in professional and college sports.

"My favorite part of the UVM School of Business Administration was the opportunity to have Professor Jim Kraushaar as an advisor because I switched majors to business during the spring semester of my freshman year and the first thing I told him was that I wanted to work in professional sports," said Eric. "Despite his academic focus in computer information systems, he always encouraged me to follow my dreams. With his assistance I received special approval for my unique study abroad program ... and we were able to get creative with my concentration."
