BURLINGTON, Vt. – Coming off matching a school
record with 12 wins and making its third straight appearance in the America
East Championship Semifinals, the University of Vermont field hockey team
will open the 2008 season on August 30. Seven home contests, including the
third annual Sheraton Catamount Field Hockey Classic, highlight the 18-game
