PC Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is essential for keeping your computer running smoothly as it ages.

Running a cleaning program on a periodic basis helps clear unwanted files, partial files stored in your computer, programs and toolbars you didn't even know were there, etc.

Below are some links to free software designed especially for taking care of your computer to increase its performance and lifespan.

Advance System Care

When running advance system care, select the "Deep Care" function to find and fix issues.

Run a system analysis for fragmented files, then fix issues.
Run the registry scan, and delete files found.

Smart Defrag

Run a defragmentation to maximize speed and computer efficiency.

Revo Uninstaller

Use revo uninstaller to get rid of unwanted applications, programs and toolbars that sneak their way on to your computer.

I recommend performing preventative maintenance weekly, and defregmentation every 2-4 weeks.

Additionally, we would be happy to help you install and run all of these programs for the first time, so you can learn how to run them in the future.
