Email: Mozilla Thunderbird

Mozilla Thunderbird is a great email server for people who have multiple email accounts they would like to manage in one place.

My personal favorite feature is the built in search engine. You can do a local search in one email account, or you can do a search that encompasses all of the accounts, so you can find things even if you don't remember where they came from or where they are!
