Veteran's Services

Welcome to the University of Vermont and Academic Success Programs. We are proud of the selfless service you have given in defense of our country and are honored that you will be pursuing your educational goals at UVM.

Our office provides services to a diverse community of students. Whether you were just released from active duty, currently on active duty, in the National Guard or Reserves, we would like to help you with your transition and academic goals.

Disability Services (ACCESS) provides Accommodations, Consultation, Collaboration & Educational Support Services to students with documented disabilities. We offer exam accommodations, meetings with disability specialists, eBooks, Deaf and Hard of Hearing services, notetaking and adaptive/assistive technology.

TRIO/Student Support Services (TRIO/SSS):  Promotes success in college by providing comprehensive academic assistance.  Please complete a TRIO/SSS application (Microsoft Word, opens in a new window) in order to see if you are eligible to participate.

Tutoring (The Learning Co-op), where students help students learn. Offering one-on-one tutoring to help students develop an efficient study system, writing support in all disciplines at any stage of the writing process, group study for selected large lecture courses and subject area tutoring.
