ACCESS
(Accommodation, Consultation, Collaboration & Educational Support Services) is a resource to the UVM community in making courses, programs, and services accessible. It provides

Services to students with disabilities, such as assistance with reasonable accommodations and advising on
disability issues; -
Screening and referral to diagnostic services for students who suspect
a disability; -
Consultation and technical assistance to faculty and staff on the process of accommodating students;

The Exam Proctoring Center, a
service for faculty in providing exam accommodations; -
Sign language interpreting and real-time captioning services for UVM courses, programs, and activities;

The Adaptive Technology Lab, where students receive demonstration
and training on the latest adaptive technology advances; -
Outreach and training to the UVM community on access issues.
