The Davis Center's central location makes it a natural crossroads
Dudley H. Davis Student Center
What happens here – As the true campus crossroads, the Davis Center boasts great food, stores, events and hang-out space for all students. Students participated in the design and vision of their center, and as a result it's a comfortable campus living room. It's a common sight to see UVM folks grabbing a bite to eat, running an errand, stopping by the many student activity offices located in the building, playing pool, lounging on the building's green roof or reading by a fireplace. What's better is the Davis Center is a socially conscious building, reflected in its values and its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification in green design. UVM was committed to leaving the smallest environmental footprint possible when building the DC.
