map of showing location of Williams Hall in the UVM campus

What happens here – When Williams Hall was built in 1896, it was modeled after England's Oxford Museum and was the first fire-proofed college building in the U.S. Today, Williams is home to the Anthropology and Art Departments and the Francis Colburn Art Gallery. Standing between Billings and Old Mill, Williams is located in the heart of campus overlooking the green. Find art students taking advantage of the plentiful natural light, and anthropology students engaged in lively classroom discussions or conferring with professors.
