Our Students: Nat

Nat didn't realize in high school that his interest in the sciences would lead him to a research post at a field station in Alaska, and to a conference for those findings in Vancouver. Engaging in research as an undergraduate enabled Nat to realize that it's more than an academic pathway through college; he intends to pursue his studies of the environment as a career. Nat attributes finding this direction to the supportive faculty he's encountered while at UVM. "[My experiences] really helped me solidify a lot of my plans."
