Our Students: Alicia

Alicia wanted to go to school in a place where she had access to the outdoors and could feel connected to it; she found that and more at UVM. Living on the honors floor of her dorm provided her with a firm and lasting connection to people with whom she shared many common feelings about education and its place in her university experience.

Alicia remains friends with the people she lived with her freshman year, and she takes those experiences with her through her UVM travels — that first year of being on her own is never far from her as she continues to foster relationships with people who share her passions.
