Slate Takes a Maple Tour with UVM Professor’s Tasting Map

Intrigued by Vermont’s grant-funded maple-tasting map, Slate heads upstate to taste a variety of syrups, looking to discern variation among batches, from sugarmaker to sugarmaker, place to place.
