This on-campus program for admitted students and family members gives you the opportunity to spend a day on campus. How you spend the day, in large part, is up to you!
Meeting us: The day starts with a light breakfast and registration at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Burlington (adjacent to campus). We will shuttle you to campus, where you will spend most of the morning on main campus with an admissions welcome and a presentation by the undergraduate academic unit to which you were admitted.
Design your day's schedule: Following your academic session, you will design your schedule by choosing from facility tours and presentations on specific areas such as: academic departments, financial aid, career services, and study abroad. We also open the doors to many residence halls, allowing you to see, first-hand, where you might live. Opportunities to meet with current students and faculty are a focal point of most presentations so you can experience what it's like to be a student on our campus. Some other highlights to the Admitted Student Visit Days include a session on enrolling at UVM (and what to expect next) as well as getting your picture taken so you can head home with your very own UVM ID card. Upon receipt of your reservation, we'll send you detailed information about the day, including local lodging options. Registration is held at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center.
