Each year ACCESS puts out an Annual Satisfaction Survey to the students we work with. The information students provide to us via this survey is imperative in making the services at ACCESS as usable and accessible as possible.

This year we will offer a $25 iTunes Gift Card to the first student to respond to the survey - EACH DAY - while the survey is being run [usually for 5-7 days]. Though your identifying information is not connected to your answers on the survey, we will have the ability to know who was first if the student enters their email address.

Please help us in getting the most responses this year and try to win something a little fun in the meantime!

We will announce the survey is open sometime in April. Please watch for listserv updates and emails to know when the survey is ready.
