Do you receive note taking as an accommodation through ACCESS?

If you answered "yes", it is imperative you fill out an online Note Taking Request Form (please see link below) as well as present your Letter(s) of Accommodation to your professor(s) before you will be able to retrieve notes from now on.

Prior to this afternoon, you may have had access to retrieve notes without filling out this form; however, if you can no longer get in to retrieve notes with your NET ID, you must: (1) determine if you have given the faculty your letter or not, and (2) did you fill out the on-line Request Form. If you answered "no" to these questions, then you need to do both before you will be allowed to retrieve notes. If you have given your Letter(s) of Accommodation AND filled out the Note Taking Request form and still can't get in, please contact notes@uvm.edu.
