Course Description: Yoga teacher training.
Section Description: Everyone needs a break from day to day life to connect to their happiest, best self in a positive environment. The goal of Yoga & Mindfulness is to do just that. Each class is focused on creating a positive experience through the physical practice of yoga, a meditation practice, group discussion and journaling. There is also simple homework journaling/contemplation assignments each week to give students a toolbox of options to help develop mindful, stress-reducing skills in their everyday life.
