Course Description: Study of level and structure of interest rates and characteristics of financial institutions and markets. Topics include market vs. natural rate of interest, interest rate structure, behavior of interest rates. Prerequisites: BSAD 180; Business Administration major or minor; minimum Junior standing.

Topics include: exchange markets, order types, market structure (auction types), term structure of interest rates, bond pricing, bond duration, bond convexity, foreign exchange rates.
