Overview

In the Food Systems graduate program, a student will learn about contemporary food systems through a unique curriculum that links transdisciplinary research with real-world problem-solving and practical experience.

Our program brings a wide range of academic disciplines to the study of food systems, integrating:

  • Food production, distribution, and marketing
  • Policy development at federal, state, and local levels
  • Managing the interplay of food and health
  • Environmental, social, and economic sustainability
  • Ensuring access to adequate food for all citizens
