Core:
PHYS 051, PHYS 152 (or PHYS 031 and PHYS 125 with PHYS 022), PHYS 128, PHYS 211, PHYS 213, PHYS 273; PHYS 214 or PHYS 274; MATH 021, MATH 022, MATH 121; MATH 271 or MATH 230; MATH 124 or MATH 272; CHEM 031 and one additional course in chemistry (CHEM 032 recommended); CS 021 .
Options:
- Pure Physics: PHYS 201, PHYS 202, PHYS 265 and twelve credits of approved physics electives.
- Mechanical Engineering: ME 012, ME 014, ME 040 with ME 044, ME 042, ME 101, ME 111, and ME 143; CE 001; EE 100.
- Civil and Environmental Engineering: CE 001, CE 010, CE 100, CE 150, CE 170 and CE 173; ME 012, ME 040 with ME 044; EE 100.
- Electrical Engineering (Signals and Systems): EE 003, EE 004, EE 081, EE 082, EE 120, EE 121, EE 171, EE 174, EE 275 and one course from EE 276, EE 277, EE 295.
- Electrical Engineering (Circuits and Devices): EE 003, EE 004, EE 081, EE 082, EE 120, EE 121, EE 131, EE 163, EE 183, EE 184, EE 221.
- Astrophysics: PHYS 257/ASTR 257, PHYS 201, PHYS 214, PHYS 265; nine credits of approved science or mathematics electives; PHYS 202 and CS 021 may be waived in favor of credit in readings and research.
