HUMN 300 - Modern Literary Theory

A survey of modern literary theory, including Slavic and Anglo-American formalism, marxism, feminism, structuralism, hermeneutics, deconstruction, and new historicism. Prerequisites: Graduate standing at UVM, or an A.B. in some humanities discipline and permission. Alternate years.
