Survey of the reactivity of organic compounds and applications to synthesis. Spectroscopy is discussed in relation to compound characterization. Designed for premedical and biological sciences students. May not be taken for credit concurrently with, or following receipt of, credit for CHEM 144. Prerequisites: CHEM 141 or CHEM 143.
